Shipping Policy

Shipping Provider

All orders within Germany are shipped via DPD Business.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Germany

  • Selected EU countries (availability shown at checkout)

If your country is not listed, shipping is not yet available.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight and size

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package in real time.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot cover reshipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@goomate.de within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We will work with DPD to investigate the issue and find a solution as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU)

For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
